1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "bo99", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the bo99 platform at bo99.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bo99 platform.
• "Platform" refers to the bo99 website at bo99.io, including all associated betting, casino, and account features.
• "Account" refers to a registered player account on the bo99 platform.
• "Balance" refers to real-money funds held within a registered bo99 account.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an account under a specific promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures used to confirm a player's identity and age.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all date and time references on the bo99 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bo99 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bo99.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the bo99 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

bo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via the platform or by email. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

To register and use the bo99 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bo99 is strictly an adults-only platform. Players under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated systems, and third-party agents may not register accounts.

Age Verification Process

bo99 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point, including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any time during the lifecycle of an account. Acceptable documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a Bangladeshi authority. Where age cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction, the account will be suspended pending verification.

Any account found to have been opened by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any balance held in such an account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit, after deducting any winnings generated, which will be forfeited in full.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the bo99 platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. bo99 enforces a one-account-per-person, one-account-per-household, and one-account-per-device policy. Accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without prior notice and any associated balances may be voided.

You must provide accurate personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number or email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current and notifying bo99 of any changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bo99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify bo99 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation. bo99 may temporarily suspend an account while a security investigation is conducted.

4.3 KYC and Identity Verification

bo99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

5.1 Deposits

bo99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved payment methods as listed on the platform at any given time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Deposit funds are credited to your bo99 balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. bo99 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or bank processing times outside of our direct control.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bo99 reserves the right to request supporting documentation, including proof of identity and proof of payment method ownership, before processing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 unless otherwise stated.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. bo99 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.

5.3 Fees and Currency

bo99 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bo99's control. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion fees may apply for international card transactions.

5.4 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

Filing a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute against a genuine bo99 transaction is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions. Any player who initiates an unjustified chargeback will have their account suspended immediately, and bo99 reserves the right to pursue recovery of disputed funds through appropriate legal channels.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available on the bo99 platform are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus rules in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, and per IP address. bo99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying conditions already met by a player are honoured.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game types, minimum qualifying bet odds, and time limit for completion will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

bo99 actively monitors accounts for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using hedging strategies designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, and participating in coordinated group betting strategies to manipulate bonus terms. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently closed.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

bo99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at our sole discretion. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation notification within the platform. bo99 is not liable for bets that fail to be placed due to technical issues, connectivity failures, or any event outside our reasonable control.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds displayed on the bo99 platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed at a specific price, that price is locked in regardless of subsequent market movements, except in cases where an obvious pricing error has occurred. In cases of palpable error in published odds, bo99 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.

7.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement rules that differ from pre-match markets. bo99 will not be liable for bets placed during a period of system latency that result in a bet being accepted at an incorrect price. Where evidence of latency-related abuse is identified, affected bets may be voided.

7.4 Void Bets and Abandoned Events

Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed beyond 36 hours, or cancelled, bets on that event will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless specific settlement rules state otherwise. The decision of bo99 on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the formal dispute process set out in Section 16.

7.5 Cricket-Specific Rules

Cricket betting markets on bo99, including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals, are governed by standard ICC match completion rules combined with bo99's cricket-specific settlement policies. Markets on matches reduced to fewer overs than the minimum threshold defined in the individual market rules will be settled according to the reduced-over result, or voided if that threshold is not met.

8. Casino and Slots Rules

All casino games and slot titles available on the bo99 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. The rules governing individual games are those published by the game provider within the game interface. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino or slot session, the round will be voided and any wagered amount for that round will be returned to your account balance.

bo99 does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific casino game or slot title. Games may be withdrawn, updated, or temporarily suspended for maintenance at any time. bo99 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of a game becoming unavailable mid-session where reasonable notice has been given, or where the interruption is beyond our control.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bo99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account on the bo99 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with casino games.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• Using insider information or non-public information to gain an unfair betting advantage.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including in live dealer formats.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, errors in odds, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Facilitating or conducting money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity through the bo99 platform.
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against genuine transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bo99 staff or other players in any communication channel.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

bo99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred, that the security of the account has been compromised, that the account is being used for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player conduct, the balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact the bo99 support team at any time. Voluntary closures requested through the responsible gaming self-exclusion process are subject to the terms set out in Section 11.

11. Responsible Gaming

bo99 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bo99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer failure.

bo99 does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where service interruptions are planned, bo99 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes bo99's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

bo99 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the bo99 platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Amendments to These Terms

bo99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Non-material amendments, such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or updates to reflect changes in third-party services, may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
